One account, every product

Your products keep their own public pages. Ownership, team and billing stay in one place.

A trust center per product

Each product has its own documents, address, logo and colors, so customers see the brand they bought from.

Clear roles on your side

The company owner manages the team, plan and API keys. Administrators are assigned to the trust centers they look after.

One identity for customers

A customer who buys two of your products signs in once and sees both agreements.

A name next to every decision

Documents go live because a named person approved them. Agreements are signed by the person your customer chose.

  • Approval before publicationDrafts from team members or automated tools wait for a human approver.
  • Signing is delegated on the customer sideTheir legal administrator prepares the DPA and names a signer, so your team doesn't chase the right contact.
  • History staysEvery published version and every signed copy is kept, including those a newer version replaced.
Recent activityExample
  1. Priya Shah submitted Privacy Policy v4.3 for SecureMailMerge
  2. Sam Rivera approved it, effective 1 Nov 2026
  3. Alex Morgan, Northstar Studio Ltd., named Jamie Chen as signer
  4. Jamie Chen signed DPA v3.0. The v2.1 copy is kept.

Archiving a former customer's relationship frees its agreement from the count. Signed copies are kept.

Example showing that one customer with current DPAs on two products counts as two, while earlier copies, re-signing and team members count as zero.

Director questions

Do extra products or administrators cost more?

No. Every plan includes every feature, any number of trust centers and any number of team members.

How does billing work?

Choose monthly or annual billing when you upgrade and enter your invoice details. The plan activates right away and we invoice you manually. There is no card checkout.

Can we move to a smaller plan?

Yes, when your current signed DPAs fit within the smaller plan. The change takes effect at your next renewal.

What happens if we cancel or the trial ends?

A cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid period. After that, or when a trial expires, trust centers stay online for seven days with a public notice, then go offline for 30 days while you can still recover. Before deletion, owners and each customer's legal administrators receive download links for their signed agreements.

What if an invoice is overdue?

An overdue invoice never suspends access automatically. Our team handles unpaid invoices manually.

Does this remove our legal risk?

No. It keeps your documents current and your agreements organized and traceable. The terms themselves, and whether they meet your obligations, are a matter for your legal advisers.
